Didn't make any cards today. I worked all morning on awards for my scouts. This week is the last week I'll see them of the school year and then on Monday I start my new job as a teacher's aide for Autistic children. *Sniffle* I'm going to miss these kids! I wasn't planning on leaving, but when a job called (a year went by since I applied!) I had to take it... the economy was getting to us and a full time job just sounded ideal. With that aside, I did create them some cute looking awards:
I bleed green award
Close up of flower "ribbon"
I wanted it to be a little bit more special so I designed the certificates in Microsoft Word and created cute names for the awards as well. I wanted to put something crafty on it so I created the "ribbon" with SU! punches (scallop, circles, and boho flowers punch). I held it all together with a brad and dimensionals. Also added some gold glittered ribbon. They were a huge hit!
Till next time!

These are adorable!!
The award is really cool. I bet the girls loved them.
These are adorable what a great idea! When my daughter was of brownie troop age I couldn't find a troop in my area that would return any of my calls, so missed out on some of the joys of Girl Scouts that I had when I was younger. I wish she could have experienced it and the long lasting friendships she would have made. Congrats on your job as a teacher's aide to autistic children. One of my closest friends only child has autism. Best of luck to you!
