I heart you.

Scribbles Designs sponsors many challenges and challenge blogs.  This week, Scribbles is sponsoring Chocolate, Coffee, & Cards Challenges.  They're having a super bingo challenge!

Here's my project:

I used the digi called Carl I <3 You.  I inked him up with Copics and tried giving him so warty spots.  The background paper is by Basic Grey RSVP stack.  I die cut some SU bermuda bay hearts and added them on the card too.  Sequins is by CalypsosCards on Etsy.  Also added some SU cardstock and twine.

Scribbles - Midway through our Doodles Challenge!

Its May 1! Which means we're halfway through our Scribbles Designs challenge!  This month, we want to see your Doodle projects. Here's my midway project:

I used the image called Heart Doodle 2.  I only colored in some of the hearts with Copics.  Other hearts got dazzling diamonds glitter.  The rest of the hearts are left white.  I also added some silver liquid pearls.  Cardstock and ribbon are Stampin Up.  Such an easy card to make and looks so classy for a wedding or anniversary!

You don't need a Scribbles image to play, but if you do use a Scribbles image, however, you can enter as many times as you wish.  Go here to play with us!

Wanna get this digi or any other of Scribble's designs? Check out the Scribbles Designs store!

My 1st Blogaversary Hop!

Can you believe it?  My blog turned ONE! :)

I remember when I first started this blog... my husband pushed me to do it so I had a creative outlet.  I could share ideas and I could get ideas for anything and everything creative.  I met a lot of people a long the way.  Many supporters of what I (we!) do.  I cannot thank you enough for supporting and being so encouraging.  The blog world is a very interesting community, and I think I speak for everyone when I say that we are all a great group of people who look out for each other.

I asked a few of my gal pals (who have inspired me along the way!), old and new friends, to be apart of this.  I hope that when you hop through today that they will inspire you as well!

The theme of this hop is PINK!!!  Here's my project:

A berry sweet 3x3 card!  Cardstocks, paper, ribbon, and ink are all SU.  The stamp set is by Fiskars.

An army of 3x3's.

How about some BLOG CANDY?

A pack of pink designer paper (same ones I used on the 3x3 cards), pink card stock (hopefully I can find a box/bag big enough to hold the paper/cardstock... if not, then I'm going to have to cut it up), a pack of Simply Sent cards with pink ribbon rosettes (makes 8 cards), Up In The Air stamp set, Stampin Up dimensionals (of course I HAD to include my favorite thing in the whole world!), and a baggie of pink dew drops from The Robin's Nest.

How to win:
-Be or become a follower of my blog (I want to thank my supporters!)
-Be or become a follower of all the blogs that are in the hop (show them some love too!)
-Leave a comment on this post saying that you've done so
-Leave a way for me to contact you (very important if you do not own a blog!)

Hope you enjoyed my project!  Thank you so much for celebrating with me!

Keep hoppin and head on over to Lori's blog next!

Here is a list of all the stops, just in case you lose your way:

Wryn Anniversary Card

Aloha blogger friends!  I had some time to make my parents a really nice Anniversary card.  :)  They'll be married 28 years on Wednesday.  I bought some Wryn images from Tiddlyinks about a month ago and never got a chance to use them.  So I picked one out and went to work!

Wryn is colored with Copics.  Cardstock is SU.  Background paper is DCWV.  Flowers are some cheapy ones from the dollar store.

Love Wryn!  She's so adorable!  I wanted to make it Spring-y so I chose pastel blues and yellows. :)

I also got them a movie theater gift card so they can go out to watch a movie and have popcorn.  :)

Krafty Girls - Get growing (flowers)
Scrapalicious - Cut above (use a special cut)

Happy Anniversary to my Pirate

Today is my 3rd wedding anniversary to my dear husband.  I am a lucky gal to have him. :)  We both have a very offbeat sense of humor and that carries through to gift giving.

Here's my anniversary card:

And here's a picture of us 3 years ago:

OF COURSE we had a pirate wedding! ;D I think I was looking away because someone yelled, "Yaaaaar!"

'Till next time!
