Colored her with Copics. Added some sponged sky background with SU ink. The paper is from the Sweet Pea stack from The Paper Studio. Cardstock, sentiment, brad, and crochet ribbon are all Stampin Up. Also added some glitter to the firefly!
Just wanted to use some The Alley Way Stamps that I haven't used before. I made this quick and easy colorful paintbrush card!
Paintbrush and sentiment digis by TAWS. Colored the paintbrush with Copics. Added some splotches with SU's Gorgeous Grunge stamp set. Inks, paper, cardstock, and candy dots are all SU. Baker's twine is from my stash.
How is everyone's weekend going? I love Easter, don't you? I gave up sugar for lent. That was probably the hardest thing I've given up for lent! (Last year I gave up coffee and it was one of the best things I did for my body). I finally had some sweets for the first time since March 4! :)
Anywho, it's Monday! Which means time for another card! This one came from a customer who wanted a birthday card for her pilot brother. Found some cute stamps at Deasy Designs! LOVE them!
Colored the digi with Copics and sponged a sky background with SU inks. Clouds are from the SU cupcake builder punch. Paper is some retired SU paper (it was from a Halloween stack). Candy dots are also from SU.
There's a new challenge at Lia Stampz this fortnight! We want to see your pastel projects!
Here is mine:
I used the digi called Balloon. I inked her up simply with some Copic markers. The cardstock, stamp, and pearl are all Stampin Up. You can't really see it because of the photo, but the sentiment reads, "for your shower."
Its April 15! Time for some new design team projects! We've got a new challenge over at Scribbles Designs! This month, we want to see your Doodle projects. Here's my project:
I used the digi called Flower Doodle 9. Love this digi! Perfect for spring! Inked it up with Copics. The paper is from Echo Park Sweet Day stack. Cardstock, stamps, pearls, and ribbon are all Stampin Up.
You don't need a Scribbles image to play, but if you do use a Scribbles image, however, you can enter as many times as you wish. Go here to play with us!

Another beginning of the work week, another Monday, another custom card!
I had a friend who was having a 1st birthday for her son. The theme of the party was sock monkey! Here's the card I made them:
The digi is from Bugaboo. Love the sock monkey line! Colored it with Copics and also sponged on it with Stampin Up inks. I also added some stickles to the clouds. All card stock, embossing folder, pennant punch, and linen thread are from Stampin Up.
Hi Friends! Apparently my YouTube channel hit 100 subscribers while I was moving from coast to coast! Eeeks! I've just filmed and uploaded a giveaway video!

Aloha guys! Wanted to share this little chicky card that I made. I CASE'd a card from Pinterest.
Used a Stampin Up circle punch, bird punch (wings), and blossom trio punch for the bird. The frame was made using some Spellbinders dies. Papers, ribbon, and inks are Stampin Up. The sentiment is from Scrappy Moms.
Busy beginning of the week here at Hawaii Paper Party! A couple of design team posts and a blog hop! Whew! So my Custom Card Monday post has turned into a Custom Card Wednesday post this week! (I feel funny posting twice in the same day. Kind of like I'm not giving posts their full day of being-looked-at potential. LOL, does anyone else feel that way?)
Anywho, here's my card!
Someone asked me to make a card that looked exactly like a painting their Mom had in her living room. Unfortunately I didn't have a photo of the painting, just the description! It was "a pagoda on an island that can be accessed by a bridge, and cherry blossoms all around." This represented Springtime in Vietnam. She also wanted that sentiment for Chinese New Year and some lanterns. Here's what I came up with!
All cuts are from Pagoda, but added more pink flowers with a SU punch for dimension. Also sponged the sky and water with some SU inks.
Its April 1! Which means we're halfway through our Scribbles Designs challenge! This month, we want to see your Toad-ally Un-frog-ettable projects. Here's my midway project:
I used the digi called Grads. I kept everything black and white except for Carl (because this is a frog challenge!). I wanted to keep him the main star. :) Inked the image up with Copics. The paper is from The Paper Studio's Harper's Boutique stack. Dies are spellbinders. Ribbon, cardstock, and rhinestone are all Stampin Up.
