Add A Flower - New Challenge at Lia Stampz!

There's a new challenge at Lia Stampz! This fortnight, we want to see you add a flower! 

The winner of the challenge gets an awesome digi called Lily (you can get it at Whimsy Stamps here). 

This digi is called Lia Working.  I inked her up with Copics.  I used my Stampin Up floral framelits dies to make a shaped card.  I added a handmade crochet flower that I got from Etsy.  Also added a glitter brad and some taffeta ribbon.  

I thought my Etsy shop was seriously lacking in the purple department, so figured I'd try making it purple!

What I made with my April Paper Pumpkin

I'm loving Stampin Up's new Paper Pumpkin kits!  They get sent straight to my house in a cute little pizza box. :) Here's a few cards I made with my April Kit: 

There's enough to make 4 cards and the stamps you can reuse over and over for other projects!

Also made these cards with the left over papers: 

Oh Whale stamp set and clearlit die with some retired SU ribbon

Same retired ribbon, added the most adorable CAC cut ever, and a stamp from teeny tiny wishes stamp set with some mini basic pearls

Just added a cowboy boot cut out (from some designer paper I had in my stash). Everything else was from the pumpkin!

Also filmed a video of the unboxing/what you get/and how to put the cards together. :)

New Catalog Inspiration

I was in a crafting funk and I needed to make cards to replenish one of the retail stores that carry my cards.  I looked into my brand spankin' new Stampin Up catalog for inspiration.  I CASE'd this card from page 14! Simple and awesome at the same time. :)

Used whisper white card stock, hexagon embossing folder, and retired ribbon and sentiment stamp.

Robin's Nest DT Application Card

I recently applied to be on the Robin's Nest design team and one of the requirements is to post a project today! Here is my card:

I used some Robin's Nest paper (the one with the fluer de lis).  The other paper is from my scrap pile.  Also from Robin's Nest is the clock rub on (Time Flies) and the floral frame rub on (The Girls).  I also used the stamps in my Stampin Up Paper Pumpkin from April and Stampin Up ribbon.  The image is from Tiddlyinks and I colored her with Copics.

New Challenge at Lia Stampz! Fluffy, Puffy, Stuffy!

We're getting our fleathers fluffed at Lia stampz!  This fortnight, we want to see something fluffy, puffy, or stuffy on your projects!

The winner of the challenge an awesome digi called Baa (you can get it at Whimsy Stamps here). I used it on my card here:

Inked up Baa with Copics, then added some Martha Stewart glitter flock to his body.  Paper is Nana's Kids stack by DCWV.  Card stock and ribbon is Stampin Up! Sentiment is computer generated.

New Challenge at Scribbles Designs - For Mom or Special Female with a Flower

We've got a new challenge over at Scribbles Designs!  This month, we want to see your cards for Mom or a special female and with flowers!  Here's my project:

Colored the flowers with Copics, used SU ink and sponge to sponge the grass and sky.  Paper is from my stash.  Cardstock, ribbon, sentiment is from Stampin up.  Added a yellow dew drop.

You don't need a Scribbles image to play, but if you do use a Scribbles image, however, you can enter as many times as you wish.  Go here to play with us!

This one is called Girl Hug.  I inked it up with Copics. I sponged the sky and grass and added some 

stickles.  Ribbon, sentiment, rhinestones and paper are all Stampin Up.

Scribbles Designs - Midway Post - Multifold Cards

We're half way through our month long challenge at Scribbles Designs!  We're doing multifold/easel cards this month!  Here's my midway project:

I used this lovely digi called Angel Diva.  She's colored with Copic markers, embellished with Dazzling Diamonds.  Popped her up on some Stampin Up oval framelits.  

Used the largest oval framelit to create the base/easel card.  Bonus points: it fits in a regular envelope!  Both sentiments are from Stampin Up.

The rules have changed a little this month: YOU NO LONGER NEED A SCRIBBLES IMAGE TO PLAY!!! :)  If you do use a Scribbles image, however, you can enter as many times as you wish.  Go here to play with us!
