I've been having a hard time sleeping lately. I go to sleep super, super late and then I wake up super, super late. It messes everything up! I really need to keep busy during the summer so this doesn't happen, because my body goes a little haywire when I'm not at work. Any falling asleep tricks you guys have?
Anywho, all these masculine card challenges made me realize that I better get crackin' on Father's Day cards! While in my zombie-insomniac stage last night, I whipped a bunch of these cards up using my scraps. My pile is getting a bit too robust for my liking...
Used my stamp-a-ma-jig to keep the owls neatly in a row. And LOVE the new foam stamp pads! No more arm cramps just to get some decent coverage! The owl is from a retired set and the sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes. In clear mount! I've been holding off getting the wood mount and I'm glad I did! The new catalog features every stamp set in clear mount now (as well as wood mount)! Yippee!
Here's another one with different scrap paper. Sorry about the kitty cat eyeball in the background.
He didn't wanna move from his chair arm! He was digging the Hello Kitty blanket pillow and the husband's first aid kit as an arm rest. Spoiled kitty.

Super cute cards. Great guy colors. Love those cat eyes, or one. That thing you said about chocolate, I could see you and I eating chocolate covered macs in the hot Hawaii sun with chocolate all over our fingers. Yes, that is how I feel the gypsy is a clean slate now. I have to reload all my imagine carts though.
Thank you for joining my DL.ART Thankful Thursday challenge.

What adorable cards and what a sweet kitty! Thanks for playing along with us at Kaboodle Doodles this week.
C"whoo"l owl cards Cely. The DP on the first card looks like the owl's eyes. Hey, I hope this tip will help you to get some shut-eye. My hubby took a class (a long time ago) and one of the student's did a report which included a tip on helping a person fall asleep. When you lay down in bed, tense up parts of your body for a few seconds starting from your neck, relax, then your shoulders and arms, relax, and continue down to our feet. It's supposed to somehow make your body loosen up. You can repeat the whole process a few times. Hope it helps you to get some zzzzzs.
These are just adorable, Cely!! Love the owls and the picture of your sweet kitty!! :)
