Glitter Queen SAB Blog Hop!

Hey guys!!! Welcome to our Dawn Griffith's Glitter Queens Sale-a-Bration hop!!
This week (yes, a whole week!) we will show you what you can do with your Sale-a-Bration items that you can earn with purchase (for every $50 spent, you can choose 1 freebie in the catalog!).  Hopefully this hop will give you inspiration to head straight to your Stampin Up demo and get all this great stuff!

Here's my project for today:

I fell in love with the Feeling Sentimental set in the SAB catalog.  There are 3 vintage-y stamp images including this penny farthing, a ferris wheel, and a telephone/police box (Hello, Dr. Who fans!!!).  It also comes with this Celebrate sentiment stamp.  I used Very Vanilla and Crumb Cake card stock.  I embossed the Crumb Cake layer with another SAB item, the Vine Street textured embossing folder! So super cute!  I also used some linen thread, labels Framelit die, Crumb Cake and Early Espresso inks, sponges, and pearls.

HOW ABOUT SOME BLOG CANDY?
I can't be in a hop without some blog candy!!! :) I have a 2013/2014 pocket calendar up for grabs that I decorated myself! :) Want it?  All you have to do is be or become a follower of my blog and leave me a comment.  You can comment on every one of my posts throughout the whole week of this hop! (One comment per post).  Please leave a way to get in touch with you (especially important for people without blogs!)

Continue on for more inspiration!!!

I like the vintage looking card. The pearls are a sweet addition. The embossing makes a great background! I look forward to seeing all of your fabulous creations this week.

Another example of a stamp I didn't think I would "need" but am now rethinking. This card is just perfect. Thanks for sharing.
