Dawn's Glitter Queens Blog Hop Day 1

Many of you know Dawn Griffith, who is a wonderful Stampin Up! Demo with her own online Stamping Studio with TONS of YouTube videos featuring Stampin Up! products.  Her videos were SO helpful when I first started crafting and she introduced me to the world of SU! :)  I am proud to be one of her Glitter Queens!

Anywho, some of the Glitter Queens are coming together this week with 5 whole days of hopping!  Each of us will showcase a stamp set or product and use it continuously throughout the week.  This is so we can show you how versatile SU! really is.

Hopefully you arrived from Tamara's page. If you're just stopping by to visit me (aw, you're so sweet!), please be sure to go back to the start of the hop at Dawn's page.  Be sure to visit all of the Glitter Queens during the whole hop week for more project ideas and chances to win BLOG CANDY!  Just in case you missed someone along the way, links to the all of the Glitter Queen blog hoppers can be found below in order from beginning to end.

This week I'll be showcasing the stamp set Printed Petals.

Here are the images in this cutie patootie stamp set!

I used the second biggest flower in the stamp set and also used a retired SU stamp set called Swirls & Curls Verses for the sentiment.  I will be using this as a sympathy card for one of my co-workers.

Now, how about some BLOG CANDY?

I've used these SU items in some of my projects this week: polka dot ribbon, corduroy buttons, and dimensionals.  The ribbon and buttons are retired, so you can only get them by winning on my blog!

You need to be a follower to win; and you'll also have 5 chances!  I will be posting 5 different projects this week (Monday-Friday).  Just leave a comment on each post for each day and you can get up to 5 entries for the candy! I will be picking the winner on Saturday using random.org, so please be sure to leave a valid e-mail address!

Now, get hopping!  Click on the Next Blog button below to head to Jennifer's blog!
And don't forget to come back tomorrow for more fun!

Hi, Cely! I've been out of the loop for a little bit. Been busy with my daughter's 1st bday party, which was on Sat. 9/3. Those buttons would be perfect for her bday album because we did a superhero theme with the colors: red, blue, and yellow! LOL I actually subscribe to Dawn's posts! She has lots of great ideas! Sympathy cards are tough to make. I'm sure your co-worker appreciated you making such a lovely card. Take care! Dena
