Robin's Nest Design Team!!!

So today's the day I can announce that I made it to the Robin's Nest design team!!! Here is the card that I used for my application a while ago:

I used Robin's Nest Paper and rub ons (the clock and the frame). The digi is from Tiddlyinks, inked with Copic markers.  Ribbon, stamped sentiments, and rhinestones are from Stampin Up!

I will be doing cards for them and how-to videos! :)  Can't wait to start designing with their awesome product!

On a personal note, I made it on my 16 hour road trip to Indiana!  I'm here for little sissy's wedding tonight.  I also found a home in Connecticut, we move in on the 8th! I've been living out of my suitcase for the past 3 weeks now, so lots of fun adventures! I hope to be blogging regularly after the 8th. I can't wait to catch up and see what you guys have been creating! Miss you all!!!

New Challenge at Lia Stampz!

Hey guys!  There's a new challenge at Lia Stampz! This fortnight, its everyone's favorite... ANYTHING GOES!

The winner of the challenge will get an awesome digi (you can get it at Whimsy Stamps here). I used it on my card here:

Inked up the toy plane with Copic markers. Added some retired paper, cardstock, and ribbon from Stampin Up. The sentiment is computer generated and punched out with a retired SU punch.

New Challenge Over at Scribbles Designs

Hey hey! So, its the 15th, which means I am probably half packed up and out and checked into my first hotel in this long moving process (I scheduled this post beforehand, so its actually before moving day for me). :) Hubby did purchase a laptop that we're waiting on so I will be able to update the blog and see what you guys are up to.  Can't wait to start the new adventure!

Dude Skateboarding Card

Its been a while since I've posted a card with a Cricut cut on it.  Dusted off my Dude cartridge and made this one:

Background paper from DCWV Rockstar stack.  Sentiment by Stampin  Up.

Is it just me or is this cartridge so hard to figure out? I still don't know if I layered him right! LOL! He kinda looks like he's wearing a bib to me.

For a Special Woman/Mom and with a Flower Midway Point!

We're half way through our month long challenge at Scribbles Designs!  We're doing cards for Mom (or a special woman) and with a flower.  Here's my midway project:

Colored Mr. Wool with Copic markers.  Kept it clean and simple with a scrap piece of designer paper from my scraps and a banner sentiment that I printed out.  Everything is on (my favorite color of the moment!) Pool Party card stock from Stampin Up.
